> Are pets allowed?

We accept small dogs in our rooms, with an additional charge of €25 per night.


> Can I get a refund if I cancel my booking?
Depending on the cancellation conditions at the time of your booking, we invite you to contact us by email at: [email protected]


> Is it possible to have twin beds in the room?
Some of our rooms are equipped with twin beds. The hotel also has Suites. To check their availability, please contact our reservations service.


> Do you provide baby cots?
Baby cots can be provided for children aged 0 to 3 years upon request. For children over 3 years, it is necessary to book an extra room; our Suites with two bedrooms are perfectly suited for family stays.


> Are there rooms with access for people with reduced mobility?
Unfortunately, the hotel's architecture does not allow for suitable access for people with reduced mobility.


> What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is available from 3pm and check-out is until 12pm.


> What happens if I arrive late at night?

We are open 24 hours a day. Please notify us by email at [email protected] or by telephone on +33 (0) 1 43 20 85 27 if you expect to arrive late (after 10pm).

Breakfast is served every day between 07:15am and 10am. The buffet includes bread and pastries, cheeses and cold meats, dairy products, eggs, and fresh fruits.
